The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, including the sketch stage.
Up to 2 minor revisions are included at the sketch stage. No major changes after sketch approval. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Final artwork will be delivered in PNG or JPG format after full payment.
Commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
Commercial use must be declared in advance. An additional commercial fee (×2 base price) applies.
Commercial usage includes (but is not limited to): merchandise, publications, marketing, advertising, or monetised content.
Private commissions (no public posting) are available upon request. An additional privacy fee (×2.5–3) applies depending on the scope.
By default, I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media.
The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, or related purposes, in whole or in part.
No refunds after the sketch has been approved.
A full refund will be issued only if I am unable to complete the commission.
I reserve the right to decline any request.
